口罩點焊機價格暴漲,市場怎么了???

“設備公司不遵守契約精神,不給我合同簽訂好的設備。”3月8日,江蘇省的一家口罩企業負責人張勇(化名)對時代周報記者說,2月初和一家口罩機生產商簽訂的合同,現在只交付了4臺,還剩一臺不交付了。來的4臺機器,質量也不好,電子元件、機械件的配合度一塌糊涂。


張勇原本計劃多上五條生產線,擴大口罩產能,但如今化作泡影。“只能繼續用原來的生產線了。”張勇無奈地說。


張勇的遭遇并非個案。時代周報記者了解到,目前的市場現狀是,口罩機遲遲無法交付,交付了也達不到生產標準。

3月8日,廣州春康生物科技有限公司相關負責人向時代周報記者表示,2月20日,公司以每臺68萬元的價格在贏合科技定了兩臺全自動口罩機,本來定了2月29號交付,后來拖到了3月4日,對方才給了一臺半成品,而且還生產不出來。

他直言:“公司已經答應給政府和不少企業供給口罩,但口罩機的故障讓我們焦頭爛額。”

上述不愿具名的口罩廠員工告訴時代周報記者:“現在做機器的大多數都不專業,導致機器各種出問題,根本開不起來。”

梁天向時代周報記者表示,正常“一拖二”口罩機的產能在每分鐘120個的量,但現在普遍是70個左右。

“疫情以來,轉行做口罩機的企業很多都達不到理想效果;技術不到位,供應鏈也不到位,不少圍繞口罩機的標準件都處于斷貨狀態。”梁天直言。

3月8日,深圳市醫療器械行業協會副秘書長焦儀對時代周報記者表示,現在市面上部分供應商是在疫情后緊急開發、生產口罩生產線的。相較于以往一直在做口罩機的企業是“外行”,那么就一定會花更多的工時去做,生產速率也會受到影響。

7日,來自上海的口罩機調試員劉鑫(化名)告訴時代周報記者,口罩機的周期需要20多天的時間,需要加工、組裝、檢測等步驟,而且是十幾個人配合生產。

9日,金太陽回復問詢函稱,疫情爆發后,口罩機需求快速增長,短期內能快速上崗的口罩機調試員數量相對短缺。受調試技術人員短缺、原材料配件供應緊張及安裝調試工程復雜等因素影響,金太陽精密目前口罩機產能較為有限。

價格水漲船高

供需矛盾之下,口罩機現貨價格瘋狂上揚。

張勇告訴時代周報記者,自己訂的機器比較早,在二月初的時候,5臺一共160萬元。但現在有口罩廠報價一臺口罩機180萬元,只要付款3天就可以拉走。

前文所述的廣州春康生物科技有限公司相關負責人向時代周報記者表示,為了解決生產問題,公司曾花費了130萬元,去四川提了一臺口罩機。

3月4日,東莞市市場監督管理局發布文件提醒,各口罩機經營者嚴禁市場炒作、坐地起價、變相加價等行為,不得擾亂正常的市場價格秩序。

此外,口罩機調試是正常運行的保障,但調試人員稀缺,也成為口罩機無法正常運轉的一大阻力。

調試員劉鑫向時代周報記者表示,完整的口罩機有很多零件,包括外購的氣缸、電機還一些檢測設備。這些元器件在第一次組裝上的時候位置的偏差都會對產能造成影響,所以要經過不斷地調試。

“缺人手,現在基本上忙不過來。”劉鑫說,在設備集中需求的階段,對于人員的需求出現井噴,但人員流動性不行,所以人手比較緊缺。

焦儀也向時代周報記者表示:“現在專業調試員的人數,是不能夠滿足于現在增加的口罩機數量的。沒有口罩自動化生產線調試經驗的工程師,對口罩自動化生產線的調試也常常力不從心。”

“一般調試一臺口罩機設備在3天左右的時間,調試員現在報價都在6萬左右,技術高的開價10萬一臺。”梁天向時代周報記者坦言,連調試員的酬勞也水漲船高。




供應鏈、技術、人員等問題的環繞,使得一些企業開始“謹慎”起來。

3月4日,金太陽在互動平臺稱,目前,受加工程度復雜、零配件供應、調機環節缺少有經驗技術人員等因素限制,公司控股子公司口罩機產能有限,訂單的交付難以達到預期效果。

不過,焦儀認為未來會有轉機:“隨著產業鏈的有序恢復和政府調控措施的出臺,口罩機市場出現的種種問題慢慢會有好轉的。”
