機(jī)器人焊接采用的是氦氬混合氣體保護(hù)焊,焊接過程中出現(xiàn)的焊接缺陷一般有焊偏、咬邊、氣孔等幾種,具體分析如下:
(1)出現(xiàn)焊偏可能為焊接的位置不正確或焊槍尋找時出現(xiàn)問題。這時,要考慮TCP(焊槍中心點位置)是否準(zhǔn)確,并加以調(diào)整。如果頻繁出現(xiàn)這種情況就要檢查一下機(jī)器人各軸的零位置,重新校零予以修正。
(2)出現(xiàn)咬邊可能為焊接參數(shù)選擇不當(dāng)、焊槍角度或焊槍位置不對,可適當(dāng)調(diào)整功率的大小來改變焊接參數(shù),調(diào)整焊槍的姿態(tài)以及焊槍與工件的相對位置。
(3)出現(xiàn)氣孔可能為氣體保護(hù)差、工件的底漆太厚或者保護(hù)氣不夠干燥,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整就可以處理。
(4)飛濺過多可能為焊接參數(shù)選擇不當(dāng)、氣體組分原因或焊絲外伸長度太長,可適當(dāng)調(diào)整功率的大小來改變焊接參數(shù),調(diào)節(jié)氣體配比儀來調(diào)整混合氣體比例,調(diào)整焊槍與工件的相對位置。
(5)焊縫結(jié)尾處冷卻后形成一弧坑,編程時在工作步中添加埋弧坑功能,可以將其填滿。
